FAMMO.ai – Expression of Interest (EOI) Terms

1. Non-binding Interest

• This EOI is not a contract, partnership agreement, or legal commitment.
• It simply indicates that the Clinic is interested in receiving information about FAMMO's upcoming pilot program and potential collaboration opportunities.

2. Purpose of the EOI

The purpose of this EOI is to allow FAMMO.ai to identify clinics that may be willing to participate in future pilot studies, platform evaluations, or early access programs.

3. No Financial Obligation

This EOI does not require any fees, payments, subscriptions, or commercial commitments.

4. No Obligation to Participate

• The Clinic is not required to join the pilot program or use FAMMO's services.
• Participation in any future program will require a separate agreement.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting this EOI, the Clinic agrees to receive occasional emails related to:

• Pilot program details
• Early access invitations
• Collaboration opportunities
• Technical updates relevant to clinic use

6. Clinic Information

• The Clinic confirms that the information provided during registration is accurate.
• FAMMO.ai may use this information solely for contacting the Clinic regarding pilot or collaboration updates.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• All information submitted through the EOI is processed under GDPR and FAMMO.ai's Privacy Policy.
• No pet or client health data is collected as part of this EOI.

8. Withdrawal

The Clinic may withdraw its Expression of Interest at any time by contacting support or deleting its account.

9. Acceptance

By checking the box labeled "I confirm that our clinic is interested in participating in FAMMO's upcoming pilot program and receiving collaboration updates", the Clinic acknowledges and accepts these non-binding terms.
