Welcome to FAMMO.ai, an AI-powered pet nutrition and preventive health platform. By registering as a Clinic or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Acceptance
    By creating a Clinic Account and checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  2. Eligibility
    Registration is open only to licensed veterinary clinics, hospitals, or certified pet-care providers. You must provide accurate business details and maintain updated records.
  3. Use of Platform
    FAMMO.ai provides tools for clinics to access AI-generated pet health insights, personalized nutrition plans, and preventive care recommendations. All outputs are for educational and decision-support purposes only and do not replace professional veterinary judgment.
  4. Clinic Responsibilities
    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and patient data.
    • Use the platform ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.
    • Verify any recommendations before sharing them with clients.
    • Avoid any unauthorized use of FAMMO branding or content.
  5. Data and Privacy
    All client and pet information processed through FAMMO.ai is handled under GDPR and applicable data protection laws. You agree not to misuse or redistribute platform data.
  6. Subscription and Payment
    Some features may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as per your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  7. Intellectual Property
    FAMMO.ai retains full ownership of its software, algorithms, and design assets. Clinics receive a limited license to use the platform solely for professional purposes within the partnership scope.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    FAMMO.ai shall not be held responsible for medical or business outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated recommendations. The clinic assumes full responsibility for any advice or actions taken.
  9. Termination
    FAMMO.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate a clinic's account in cases of non-compliance, unethical use, or violation of these terms.
  10. Modifications
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
