FAMMO.ai – Clinic Partnership Agreement

Effective Date: November 7, 2025

This Agreement outlines the relationship between FAMMO.ai ("FAMMO") and the registered veterinary Clinic ("Clinic") using the FAMMO platform. By checking the acceptance box, the Clinic acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. Purpose
    FAMMO.ai provides digital tools and AI-based insights to assist clinics in offering personalized nutrition and preventive health solutions for pets.
  2. Partnership Scope
    FAMMO provides:
    • Access to the Clinic Dashboard and related AI tools.
    • Technical assistance and updates.
    • Optional marketing and co-branding opportunities.
    The Clinic agrees to:
    • Use the platform ethically and lawfully.
    • Provide accurate pet and client information.
    • Promote responsible pet health management using the system.
  3. Term
    This Agreement remains active as long as the Clinic maintains an active account on FAMMO.ai. Either party may end this partnership by closing the account or discontinuing the use of FAMMO's services.
  4. Fees and Payment
    Certain services may require subscription or partnership fees. Clinics agree to the pricing structure provided within the platform. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
  5. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
    Client and pet data entered by the Clinic remain the Clinic's property. FAMMO may process anonymized data for research, statistical, and system improvement purposes in compliance with privacy regulations.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All rights to the FAMMO platform, its algorithms, data models, and branding remain the sole property of FAMMO.ai. Clinics may use FAMMO branding only as authorized and may not modify or misuse it.
  7. Liability
    FAMMO.ai provides AI-based recommendations for educational and support purposes. The Clinic retains full responsibility for clinical decisions, client communications, and outcomes based on such recommendations.
  8. Termination
    Either party may terminate this relationship at any time. Upon termination, the Clinic's access to the platform will be revoked, and outstanding fees must be settled.
  9. Updates
    FAMMO.ai may revise the terms of this Agreement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any new or updated terms.
  10. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved within its jurisdiction.
  11. Acceptance
    By checking the box labeled "I have read and agree to the FAMMO Clinic Partnership Agreement", you acknowledge that this digital acceptance is equivalent to a signed document and is legally binding.
